Meet Clare Celeste! I just found her incredible art installations on Instagram and felt immediate kinship and resonance with her work. Clare works with thousands of hand-cut images of flora and fauna to create immersive installations that are evocative of our planet’s threatened biodiversity. Clare is dedicated to raising awareness and action around the ecological and biodiversity crises.

Clare is using her art as a form of environmental activism. YES!

For those of you who are familiar with my background and creative practice, you know Clare’s mission speaks to me! I love when I discover other artists with whom I share a similar goal, but who have an entirely unique way of manifesting their purpose-driven work.

And y’all, just look at Clare’s beautiful work. These scenes are so verdant and potent and full of life energy. They give me all of the May Day / Beltane vibes!
