An Irish Toast

I've had a crazy week of impromptu travel. First to Austin to see my friend's film at South by Southwest followed by four days in Las Vegas to celebrate the marriage of another friend. Tomorrow, I'll have all sorts of photos and thoughts to share. Until then, a little Irish toast! My mother's dear friend, Deirdre, always gives this toast when we dine and drink together.
