Last night I went to a jewelry party that a friend of mine was hosting. She is in the process of adopting a child from China and as part of her adoption journey, she discovered a work-from-home company called Noonday Collection that empowers impoverished communities in Uganda, Ethiopia, India, Peru, Guatemala, Ecuador and Vietnam.
