This Week in the Studio
I'm breaking out this week, trying my hand at some new stuff. I've been so inspired by the MoMA exhibition I saw last month in New York. It infused my work with some new creative impulses. So first up is this bad boy - 36 inches squared:
I'm still obsessed with the sea, though. I don't think I'll ever stop painting the ocean. This is what comes of a California girl moving to land locked Dallas:
And finally, I took a painting class this week with some girlfriends. We all painted houses and I chose to paint my Mama's farm house in Oregon. Mama, this is in the mail and on its way!
