My Trip to Zion National Park
To all of you who have commented, emailed, texted, Facebooked and otherwise contacted me with messages of congratulations and support about my 75 pound loss, Thank you! I am overwhelmed by the response from my last post at Smaller Sarah and more motivated than ever to continue! Zion was amazing - four whole days of hiking, eating fabulous food, meditating, journaling and taking deep uninterupted breaths.
I made the video below for my readers over at Smaller Sarah, but thought you might enjoy seeing it as well. Its a collection of photos and video I took over the past four days in Zion. Again, thank you to everyone for your amazing support and encouragement over the past year. I couldn't have done it without you. And a special hug of gratitude to Anita at A Dreamer's Den and KG at Appletree Staging. You two were both with me in spirit every day during my Zion journey - thank you for your faith, presence and solidarity from the get-go.

Then I came home on Monday night to this little sugar bean.
(The other, older more finicky sugar bean didn't want his photo taken.)
