Bananas and Chandeliers

The dining room in my new place is so great. I think its my favorite room in the house. Now that I see it with our own furniture - I want to replace the central lighting fixture. I'm thinking of something playful, bordering on cartoonish. I think its a good idea for formal spaces, like my dining room, to have a sense of humor.

Or I could do a serious DIY with some salvaged banana boxes from Kroger.
